Original full-page Swiss magazine advertisement from the year 1946 for Timor Watch Company, J. Bernheim Co., La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. The advertisement was carefully removed from a Swiss magazine.
Some of the text of the ad reads:
"From Alaska to the Sahara
"Worn by thousands of Allied Officers and Soldiers, Swiss Timor Watches crossed seas and flew over continents throughout the war. As their owners tested them, unflinching and ready for true service under any circumstances: under the scorching sun of African deserts, the freezing cold of Far North ice seas, the stuffy dampness of tropical forests, so they will find them answering any Peace time exigencies!"
