"Il est peut-etre interessant, a titre de comparaison, d'etudier un movement Sumuswald. Ces excellentes pendules qui sont tout de meme parentes aux pendules neuchateloises sont facilement confondues avec ces dernieres, sans prejudice pour celles-ci du reste. Souvent en effect, elles ne peuvent etre identifiees qu'au mouvement; aussi allons-nous en decrire le systeme grande sonnerie."
