Original two-page magazine advertisement from the year 1974 for George Rodrigue. The advertisement is comprised of two separate pages, with text by Camilla Hunt Cole. There are three small images within the text, titled: "Aioli Dinner," "Ice Cream at Sli," and "Louisiana Riding Academy." The headline of the first page reads, "George Rodrigue and Time in Slow Motion." The advertisement was carefully removed from a magazine.
Each page of the ad measures approximately 8 3/4 inches wide by 12 inches high. The ad is comprised of two separate pages.
While the pages contains mainly text (like one might find in a magazine article), there is small text at the bottom of each page which says, "advertisement."
As with most vintage ads, there may be yellowing to the paper due to age and may be some small bends, light wear/edge wear. (Any significant damage or wear will be noted above. Light wear and minor imperfections are to be expected.) [The image shown is of the actual ad offered for sale.]
The advertisement was carefully removed directly from a magazine.
[Please note: This is a magazine advertisement / magazine clipping only; no prints, paintings, sculptures, books, catalogues, full magazines, or other items are included.]
