"La pendulette dans l'habitation moderne" - Original magazine article (magazine clipping) which was removed from a 1959 Swiss magazine.
Text in the article is in French.
The opening sentence of the article reads:
"Avons-nous vraiment besoin de pendulettes dans nos habitations, desirons-nous avoir constamment l'indication de l'heure a notre foyer, ne nous suffit-il pas de porter une montre-bracelet de precision, de trouver des horloges dans la rue, au clocher de l'eglise, au bureau, a l'atelier, au cinema et jusqu'au theatre?"
The magazine article was carefully removed from a Swiss magazine.
[Please note: this is a magazine article/magazine clipping only; no watch, clock, parts or tools are included.]
The article is 8 pages in length (on 4 sheets of paper, front and back) and includes a number of black and white images within the text.
As with most vintage magazine clippings, there is some yellowing to the paper due to age as well as light wear and small bends.
I have left the pages untrimmed and attached to one another (allowing them to form a sort of "booklet" form). There are tiny staple holes along the page edges from where they were removed from the publication in which they were included.
The magazine article was carefully removed directly from a Swiss magazine. It is not a copy or reproduction. The rest of the magazine is not included.
[Please note: this is a magazine article/magazine clipping only; no watch, clock, parts or tools are included.]
