"Montres et Bijoux / Geneva 1956" - Original magazine clipping which was removed from a 1956 Swiss magazine. Text in the article is in English.
The opening sentence of the clipping reads:
"For the fourteenth time the 'Watches and Jewels' Exhibition was held at Geneva, from August 24th to September 9th, 1956."
The magazine clipping was carefully removed from a Swiss magazine.
The clipping is comprised of one single page of text and a single page listing watch factories displaying their creations at the exhibition. There is also a section which is 4 pages in length (on two sheets of paper, front and back) which show drawn images of some of the timepieces which were exhibited. (There are no photos, only the drawn images.) I have left this image section untrimmed and the pages attached. There are tiny staple holes in the pages from where they were removed from the publication in which they were included.
In total, the clipping is 6 pages in length (on 4 sheets of paper).
[Please note: this is a magazine clipping only; no watch, clock, parts or tools are included.]
As with most vintage magazine clippings, there is some yellowing to the paper due to age as well as light wear and small bends. There are tiny staple holes along the page edges from where they were removed from the publication in which they were included.
The magazine clipping was carefully removed directly from a Swiss magazine. It is not a copy or reproduction. The rest of the magazine is not included.
[Please note: this is a magazine clipping only; no watch, clock, parts or tools are included.]
