The ad measures approximately 7 3/4 inches wide by 10 1/4 inches high.
As with most vintage ads, there is some yellowing to the paper from age. There are also some bends, moderate to heavy scuffing and soiling, and numerous "dot" dents/impressions on the page. Unfortunately, the ad is in fair to poor overall condition. [The image shown is of the actual ad offered for sale.]
