"The Modern Watchmaker and His Lathe: Part XVII. Layout and Driving Arrangements, Continuation" by H. Jendritzki - Original magazine article (magazine clipping) which was removed from a 1957 Swiss magazine.
Please note that this article is a continuation of the "Layout and Driving Arrangements" article (which would have been included in a previous issue of the magazine and is NOT included). This article starts with "#10" of a list of points related to the theme.
Text in the article is in English.
The opening sentence of the article reads:
"10. A countershaft has long been considered essential; firstly, for reducing the speed of the motor, thus increasing the drive force available, and secondly, to enable stepped, grooved pullies to be used so that changes of speed may readily be effected."
The magazine article was carefully removed from a Swiss magazine.
[Please note: this is a magazine article/magazine clipping only; no watch, clock, parts or tools are included.]
The article is 7 pages in length (on 4 sheets of paper) and includes a number of small black and white images and diagrams within the text.
As with most vintage magazine clippings, there is some yellowing to the paper due to age as well as light wear and small bends.
The magazine article was carefully removed directly from a Swiss magazine. It is not a copy or reproduction. The rest of the magazine is not included.
[Please note: this is a magazine article/magazine clipping only; no watch, clock, parts or tools are included.]
[Please note: this article was part of series of articles; other articles in the series are NOT included.]
