The opening sentence of the article reads:
"Depuis sa fondation en 1905, la fabrique d'horlogerie Mondia S.A., La Chaux-de-Fonds, s'est de tout temps efforcee de repondre a deux imperatifs:
--- accroissement de la production;
--- modernisation constante de l'equipement, seul moyen de se maintenire a la pointe du progres et d'assurer une qualite qui a fait le renom de la montre suisse."
