It is in POOR OVERALL CONDITION, with very heavy wear and scuffing, soiling and staining, edge and corner wear, bends, scratches, and one scratch/gouge that has removed the top layer of paper (it does not go all the way through the paper but does render one small area of text unreadable - please see the second photo provided for a close up view of this damaged area).
