Comme il se doit en pareille circonstance, les autorites suisses ont tenu a faire un cadeau qui soit digne, a la fois de celle qui le recoit et de la reputation de notre plus belle industrie.
"La montre a ete commandee a la plus ancienne manufacture suisse d'horlogerie, Vacheron & Constantin, a Geneve. Concue et executee specialement pour la princesse par une elite d'artisans, elle fait grand honneur a l'horlogerie et a la bijouterie suisses."
