"The Artists Speaks: Isamu Noguchi" vintage 1968 magazine article by John Gruen, and "Noguchi: Past, Present, Future, Picture survey by Ruth Wolfe," also a 1968 magazine article. (The second article was removed from the same magazine and begins on the reverse side of the last page of the first article.) The articles/magazine clippings were carefully removed from a 1968 art magazine. The first article opens with:"His sculpture is included in every major collection of contemporary art; his furniture and lamps are in homes and offices everywhere; his gardens and architectural projects are found on three continents. Yet today, after more than forty years of ceaseless activity, Noguchi shows no sign of stopping."The second article begins with:"In 1946 the Museum of Modern Art presented 'Fourteen Americans," an exhibition that included, among others, Isamu Noguchi. For the exhibition catalogue he wrote: 'The essence of sculpture is for me the perception of space, the continuum of our existence.'"
The articles combined are 18 pages in length [on 10 sheets of paper] and includes a number of great images within the text. [The first article is 4 pages in length, on 3 sheets of paper; the second article is 14 pages in length, on 8 sheets of paper.]
These are original articles/magazine clippings [not a copy or reprint], which were removed from a magazine.
The articles were carefully removed directly from a magazine. [The rest of the magazine is not included.]
