Knoedler & Co., NY: an exhibition by Willem de Kooning to take place March 4 - 22, 1969 and an exhibition by Barnett Newman to take place March 25 - April 19, 1969. The advertisement was carefully removed from a magazine.

The ad measures approximately 9 inches wide by 6 3/8 inches high (excluding margins).

[Please note that this is a small ad and not full-page in size.]
